No Bank Logins: LedgerX never asks for, collects, or requires bank login credentials. You manually input and manage all financial assets and liabilities locally and securely.
To ensure strict privacy and provide custom helper tools, LedgerX functions under a highly restricted set of device permissions. We do not collect or request the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) or Device ID, and the Application contains no marketing track-scripts.
The Application utilizes standard Internet Access solely and exclusively to verify license states, query in-app purchases, and process subscriptions for LedgerX Pro via the Google Play Billing Library. At no point is this permission used to transmit, back up, sync, or harvest your local financial ledger entries or attachments.
When you explicitly opt to attach invoices, expense receipts, or custom contract documents to a specific ledger transaction, LedgerX leverages the standard Android Storage Access Framework (SAF). This framework triggers the native system file picker, allowing you to select only the desired files. LedgerX accesses and binds only the files you actively select. The app operates locally, does not request global external storage access, and does not read any other unrelated files on your device.
LedgerX offers an optional upgrade to LedgerX Pro (Lifetime Pass) to unlock unlimited record plans, local CSV/PDF exports, secure home screen widgets, and interactive amortization curves.
Google Play Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing Library. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, bank information, or purchasing credentials on our servers. All transaction billing is managed securely and directly by Google.
LedgerX is a 100% advertisement-free utility. We do not integrate third-party mobile advertising SDKs (such as AdMob or Unity Ads), meaning no third-party marketing brokers are tracking your usage habits, metrics, or financial data.
